We are seeking a friendly, hardworking individual with a take charge attitude to complete the task of greeting and checking patients in and out, obtaining and entering patient and insurance information accurately and efficiently. Pulling charts and preparing charts and schedules for the upcoming clinic sessions. Answering telephones and relaying calls to appropriate parties and scheduling appointments for a two-doctor clinic are included as you work side by side with your co-worker in this shared responsibility.

Experience in a medical office is ideal, but a willing, friendly, fast learning, hard worker would be considered to fill this important position as the face of our office.
